Blend the mousse
Add the diced mango, coconut cream, agave, and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth and whipped. Transfer the mango mousse to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Spoon the mango mousse into serving dishes and layer with your favorite toppings. We suggest toasted macadamia nuts and roughly chopped mint leaves.
