Make the batter

Add flour, baking powder, matcha powder, sugar, and ¼ tsp salt to a large bowl, and stir to combine. Add non-dairy milk and mix. TIP: We send a little extra flour and baking soda to ensure you use the exact amount needed.

Cook the pancakes

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ⅓ cup batter and cook until it starts to bubble, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip pancake and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter. (You should get about 8 medium pancakes.)

Serve

Peel and dice the kiwis. Divide the matcha pancakes between plates and top with diced kiwi and goji berries.
