  3. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Place the dates in a food processor and mix until it forms a ball. Redistribute the ball to a consistent level throughout the food processor and add the cashews, cocoa, and vanilla. Return to high speed and blend until a uniform color and texture forms.

Remove the mixture from the food processor and roll into bite size balls. Combine the matcha powder and powdered sugar on a plate and roll the balls in the powder.
