Mint Chocolate Chip Truffles
These refreshing truffles will remind you of your favorite mint-chip cookie, but with all natural ingredients! This delicious, gluten-free snack is the creation of Lindsay Garza, the blogger behind Veggie Balance. You're going to love these little bites!
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon agave*
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract*
- 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- *flavor mix
- Mixing Bowl
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together into a dough.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Enjoy!
