Minted Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips [180g]
- 6 cups non-dairy milk, we like almond
- A pinch of salt
- ½ tsp mint extract
- Medium saucepan
In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate, turn off the heat, and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Add the salt and mint extract and stir. Top with anything you’d like, we love coconut whip cream and fresh mint.
