Prepare the smoothie

We recommend making 2 servings at a time. Peel and deseed the oranges. Add the oranges, shredded carrot, Cashewgurt, granola (saving a pinch for the tops of the smoothies if you’d like), and 5 or 6 ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with reserved granola and raisins.
