INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the pasta

Bring medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.

Make the Buffalo cheese sauce

Combine chile con queso, sour cream, just half the Buffalo sauce, and ¼ cup water in same saucepan over medium-high heat until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta.

Serve

Divide pasta between bowls and sprinkle with everything bagel spice and scallions. Enjoy!
