Overnight Greek Muesli
with Pistachios & Fig Jam
- 2 cups muesli
- 10.6 oz Forager Project Cashew Yogurt
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 4 tbsp fig jam
- 2 cups non-dairy milk*

The muesli can be made overnight, or in the morning (and it will be ready to eat in 5-10 minutes). In a large bowl or container with a lid, combine the muesli and non-dairy milk. Cover and refrigerate the muesli overnight or 15 minutes.
Divide the overnight muesli into 4 servings. Top with yogurt, pistachios, and fig jam.
