  1. ¾ cup rolled oats
  2. ¾ cup peanut butter
  3. 8 medjool dates, pitted
  4. 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  5. ¼ cup shredded coconut
  6. ½ cup peanuts, chopped
  7. 6 blackberries or strawberries, chopped

Prepare the mixture

Add the oats, peanut butter, dates, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, peanuts and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Pulse until well-combined. Add the chopped berries and pulse 1 to 2 times.

Make the bites

Roll the peanut butter strawberry mixture into 20 balls, about 1 tbsp measurement each. We suggest rolling the peanut butter & berry bites in cacao nibs, shredded coconut, chopped peanuts, or crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Place the balls in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
