with Miso Butter & Togarashi
INGREDIENTS
- ΒΌ cup popcorn kernels (should make ~4 cups popcorn)
- 4 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp miso paste (red or white)
- 2 tbsp togarashi
Tools: Small saucepan
INSTRUCTIONS

Pop the popcorn kernels using the method of your choice. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add miso paste and whisk until smooth. Pour over popped popcorn. Sprinkle with togarashi.
