Roasted Chickpea Avocado Toast
with Nutritional Yeast
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 oz masala roasted chickpeas
Toast as many slices of sourdough as you’d like. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Halve the lemon.
Scoop half an avocado onto each piece of toasted bread. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with nutritional yeast and masala roasted chickpeas.
