Make the topping and toast the bread

Toast sourdough. In medium bowl, mash chickpeas with back of fork until they start to stick together and become creamy. Stir in tzatziki and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread smashed tzatziki chickpeas on toasted sourdough. Top with tomato, everything bagel spice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Drizzle with as much lemon as you’d like and serve with lemon wedges.
