Make the topping and toast the bread

Toast the bread. Add chickpeas to a medium bowl and smash with the back of a fork. Add tzatziki and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Serve

Spread the smashed tzatziki chickpeas on the toast. Top with tomato, everything bagel spice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Squeeze with as much lemon as you’d like.
