INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds in the microwave or on a pan over low heat for 1 minute, set aside.

Add the dried coconut flakes to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Combine the agave, melted coconut oil and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt in a small bowl, mix thoroughly.

Add the sauce to the coconut flakes and mix to combine.

Spread the coconut mixture on a baking tray, bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, stir, and return to the oven and bake to get coconut chips crispy, but not burned, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool, and enjoy!
