This is one of our absolute favorite sandwiches, for two major reasons. First, we love kimchi! We’re big fans of all things fermented, and kimchi is no exception. It’s absolutely delicious, plus it contains infection-fighting probiotics and gut-friendly bacteria. Meanwhile, the tofu comes out of your oven tasting almost fried, but doesn’t require a drop of oil. You can thank us later — for now, dig in!
