This summer-friendly shake will get you going in the mornings (or anytime!). Kombucha is a great liquid to use, but anything from iced tea to fruit juice will work. Great for a post workout drink because of the added pea protein!

  1. 8 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  2. 3 oz frozen cherries
  3. 4 oz frozen mango
  4. 1 scoop pea protein
  5. 1 cup kombucha
  6. ¼ cup orange juice
  7. 1 tbsp agave

Blend it together

Combine frozen pineapple, frozen cherries, frozen mango, pea protein, kombucha, orange juice, and agave in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired thickness. Cutting back on sweets? Use half of the agave or omit altogether.
