Chilled Farro Antipasto Pilaf

with Roasted Broccolini & Romesco Sauce

The warm weather is perfect for our chilled meals. Here, we paired olives and artichokes with tender farro and our popular Romesco sauce, then topped it with roasted broccolini.

If you’re about to reach for the microwave, don’t! This is just about the easiest meal prep ever: Simply remove the film, stir, and dig in!
Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
