For this dish we coat vegetables with a delicious harissa glaze that packs a punch. Chickpeas add protein and fiber, and tasty couscous is combined with za'atar—a spice made of ground sumac, sesame seeds, and spices—which offers a nice contrast to the spicy veggies.

Heat it up in the microwave
Pull back the film about 1 inch and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.* Let it sit for 2 minutes, peel off film, stir, and dig in! And please be careful, the bowl might be hot.
