Mash the bananas
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the bananas. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Make the dough
Add the peanut butter, vanilla, oats and maple syrup to the bowl. Mix with your hands or a large spoon until a sticky dough mixture is formed.

Add the chocolate chips
Stir in the chocolate chips and mix again to incorporate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and line on a baking sheet.

Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
