Strawberry Brown Rice Bowls
with Banana & Cashew Butter

- 16 oz precooked brown rice
- 5.3 oz Forager Project® vegan vanilla cashewgurt
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 oz diced banana chips
- 1 tsp strawberry powder
- ¼ cup cashew butter

Make a small tear on either side of the brown rice bags, and microwave for 60 seconds. In a bowl combine the cooked brown rice, vegan yogurt, agave, and a pinch of salt.
Divide the rice pudding between serving bowls. Top with banana chips, strawberry powder, and cashew butter.
