Tamarind Mango Smoothie
This mango and tamarind smoothie is a hit wherever it goes. Sweet mango (you can use fresh or frozen), is paired with tangy tamarind, which can be purchased as an easy-to-use paste. Tamarind is packed with antioxidants and is known to be anti-inflammatory.

- 1 fresh mango, peeled, chopped, frozen
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 can coconut milk
Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit and slice. You can freeze the mango, or use it fresh depending on how thick you’d like the smoothie. Halve the lemon.
Add the sliced mango, lemon juice, tamarind paste, and coconut milk to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
