A healthy spin on birthday treats

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp unflavored pea protein
- ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- ¼ cup unsalted creamy cashew butter
- ¼ cup macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup agave
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles
Allergens: tree nuts
- Food processor
Blend the ingredients
To a food processor, add the rolled oats, pea protein, shredded coconut flakes, vanilla powder, cashew butter, macadamia nuts, and agave. Blend the dough until well combined, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the sprinkles
Add the sprinkles and pulse a few times until broken and combined.
Form the balls
Roll the dough into 2 tbsp sized-balls; you should get about 10. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
