  2. 2 tbsp unflavored pea protein
  3. ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  4. 2 tsp vanilla powder
  5. ¼ cup unsalted creamy cashew butter
  6. ¼ cup macadamia nuts
  7. ¼ cup agave
  8. ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the ingredients
To a food processor, add the rolled oats, pea protein, shredded coconut flakes, vanilla powder, cashew butter, macadamia nuts, and agave. Blend the dough until well combined, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sprinkles
Add the sprinkles and pulse a few times until broken and combined.

Form the balls
Roll the dough into 2 tbsp sized-balls; you should get about 10. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
