  3. 1 avocado
  4. 2 whole wheat tortillas
  5. ¼ cup pickled jalapeños

Prepare the burritos
Make a small 2” tear in the top of the brown rice bag, add to a bowl, and microwave for 1 minute. Drain, rinse, and dry the black beans. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice.

Serve
In a small bowl, combine the Vegenaise and hot sauce. Spread the spicy mayo onto the whole wheat tortillas. Top with brown rice, black beans, sliced avocado, and pickled jalapeños. Fold the sides in and tightly wrap. Enjoy!
