MAIN INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 oz precooked rice and vegetable quinoa blend
  2. 13.4 oz black beans
  3. 1 avocado
  4. 2 whole wheat tortillas
  5. ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  6. 2 tbsp Follow Your Heart® Soy-Free Vegenaise®
  7. 2 tbsp hot sauce

Prepare the burritos
Make a small tear on either side of the rice quinoa vegetable blend bag, and microwave for 60 seconds. Drain, rinse, and dry the black beans. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop the flesh and slice. In a small bowl combine the Vegenaise and hot sauce. Spread the spicy mayo onto the tortillas. Top with rice, black beans, sliced avocado, and pickled jalapenos. Fold the sides in and tightly wrap.
