INSTRUCTIONS

Make the granola

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, shredded coconut, brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and spread out over a baking sheet. Bake in the oven, tossing every 10 minutes, until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes. Allow the granola to cool before adding the tart cherries and store in an airtight container.
