Figgy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

- 2 oz Treeline® Dairy-Free Herb Garlic Cheese
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fig spread
- 2 tbsp vegan butter

Spread herb garlic cheese on one slice of sourdough bread and add a few pear slices. Smear fig spread on another slice of bread, and close the sandwich. Repeat to make the second sandwich.
Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, add sandwiches and cook until browned and crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Halve the figgy grilled cheese sandwiches and serve with any remaining pear slices.
