Figgy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

- 2 oz Treeline® Dairy-Free Herb Garlic Cheese
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 Bartlett pear, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fig preserves
- 2 tbsp vegan butter

Spread herb garlic cheese on one slice of sourdough bread and add a few pear slices. Smear fig spread on another slice sourdough and close sandwich. Repeat to make second sandwich.
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches and cook until browned and crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Halve figgy grilled cheese sandwiches and serve with any remaining pear slices.
