- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz roasted red peppers
- 4 brown rice stuffed grape leaves
- 4 oz hummus
- 2 whole wheat pitas

Drain the roasted red peppers. Add the Arcadian greens to a large bowl and toss with just half of the balsamic vinaigrette.
Divide the dressed greens into 2 servings. Top with the kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and stuffed grape leaves. Top with hummus and serve with pita.
