Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Cut the pitas in half and open. Mash the avocados into the pitas. Stuff with Arcadian greens, marinated chickpeas, and curried pickled cauliflower. Top with sunflower seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
