  3. 1 avocado
  4. 2 whole wheat tortillas
  5. ¼ cup pickled jalapeños

Prepare the burritos

Make a small 2 inch tear in the top of the brown rice bag and microwave for 1 minute. Drain, rinse, and dry the black beans. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice.

Serve

In a small bowl, combine the Vegenaise and hot sauce. Spread the spicy mayo onto the tortillas. Top with rice, black beans, sliced avocado, and pickled jalapeños. Fold the sides in and wrap tightly.
