These “meatballs” are — dare we say it? — even more satisfying than the traditional kind, and loads healthier. They’re packed with mushrooms, sunflower seeds, chili powder, and white miso paste. The miso lends a punch of umami that really brings the whole dish together, but the soy sauce and ginger in the fresh tomato sauce certainly don’t hurt. This is a hearty, nutritious, and straight-up delicious meal. It’s a new classic in the making!
