Prepare the vegetables

We recommend you make 2 or 4 servings at a time and divide the ingredients accordingly. Destem the kale. Core and dice the apple. Trim and chop the zucchini.

Blend the smoothie

Add the kale, apple, zucchini, cashew butter, pineapple, hemp seeds, 1 cup water, and 4 to 6 ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.
