Green mangos are somehow sweet, tart, and tangy all at once. Our peanut and lime dressing only adds to this medley of flavors. When cooking the tempeh, feel free to take it from golden brown to crispy by leaving it in the oven for a few extra minutes. Once you’ve peeled the grapefruit, hold it in one hand and carefully cut the juicy sections away from the membrane. This is known as a supreme, and it’s a great way to serve citrus fruit.
