Blend the smoothie

We recommend making 2 or 4 servings at a time and dividing the ingredients accordingly. Trim and roughly chop the zucchini. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off of the seed, and chop. Add the chopped zucchini and mango, dates, cashew butter, chocolate chia mix, non-dairy milk, 2 ice cubes per serving, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
