Prepare the salads
Destem the kale and thinly slice the leaves. Peel and thinly slice the shallot. Dice the tomato. Divide the kale between 2 serving dishes. Toss with the sliced shallot, diced tomato, capers, chickpeas, and nutritional yeast. When you’re ready to eat, drizzle with Caesar dressing.
