Prepare and blend ingredients
Core and small dice the apple. Peel the ginger. Dice the cucumber. To a high speed blender, add the apple, ginger, cucumber, spinach, pineapple, cayenne and 1 ½ cup water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
