  1. 1 cup raisins
  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  3. 1/4 cup almond butter
  4. 1 cup chopped almonds
  5. 1.5 cups rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Put raisins into a food processor and combine until they reach a sticky, dough-like consistency.

Roughly chop the almonds then place them in a bowl with the rolled oats and raisins.

Combine maple syrup and almond butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once warmed, pour over oat mixture and combine well.

Step 4

Line a pie tin with parchment paper and transfer mixture to pie tin. Press mixture down evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes. Once hardened, chop into individual bars using a sharp knife. Enjoy!
