Make the tofu salad

Crumble the tofu into a large bowl. Dice the celery. Slice the radishes into matchsticks. Add the diced celery, sliced radishes, Vegenaise, ¼ tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper to the tofu and stir to combine.

Serve

When you’re ready to eat, halve the avocados, leaving the skin on, and remove the pit. Divide avocados between plates and top with the tofu salad and crispy onions.
