Prepare the toppings

Pick the dill fronds from the stems. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Slice the tomato and radishes.

Build the bagels

Toast the bagels. Spread cream cheese on one half of each bagel and sprinkle with everything bagel spice. Layer dill fronds, sliced onion, sliced tomato, sliced radishes, and capers on top of cream cheese. Top with remaining bagel halves.
