INSTRUCTIONS

Make the batter

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon in large bowl. Add non-dairy milk to bowl and whisk until smooth.

Preheat the pan and bake the pancake

Place butter in large oven-safe nonstick skillet and place in oven until butter has melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove hot skillet from oven. Scatter apples in single layer over bottom of skillet and pour batter on top of apples. Place skillet back in oven and cook until middle is set and toothpick inserted comes out clean, 22 to 25 minutes.

Finish and serve

Invert one-skillet baked pancake with apples and cinnamon onto plate and slice into wedges.
