Caper Dill Bagels
with Everything Cream Cheese

- ¼ oz fresh dill
- 1 red onion
- 1 Roma tomato
- 2 radishes
- 4 whole wheat bagels
- 4 oz Treeline® Cashew Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp everything bagel spice
- 2 tbsp capers

Pick the dill fronds from the stems. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Slice the tomato. Trim and slice the radishes.
Toast the bagels. Spread cashew cheese on one toasted bagel half and sprinkle with everything bagel spice. Add some dill fronds, sliced onion, sliced tomato, sliced radish, and capers. Top with the other toasted bagel half. Repeat with remaining bagels.
