Make the oats the night before

Zest the orange. In a large bowl or container with a lid, combine orange zest, oats, cinnamon, agave, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt. Cover, and refrigerate oats overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Serve

When you are ready to eat, peel and dice the orange. Divide overnight oats between 4 serving dishes. Top with diced orange, pistachios, and almond butter.
