Prepare the chia seed pudding

Whisk together non-dairy milk and a pinch of salt in large bowl or container with lid. Stir in chia seeds and maple and let mixture sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
